How we run it
Our roundtables are built around a single focused question — not a topic, a question. Something like 'what would make us change our minds about x-risk?' or 'is misalignment a more serious risk than misuse?'. We circulate a pre-read a week before so everyone comes in with a baseline. Groups are small, usually 8–14 people, and mostly curated: we try to get a mix of technical and non-technical backgrounds in the room. We do not aim for consensus. A session where everyone leaves disagreeing with someone they didn't expect to is a good session. We plan to run these monthly.
